The wait is over PBA fans, The PBA Governor's Cup 2017 Finals will start Friday, October 13, 2017 at 7 o'clock in the evening. The defending champion Barangay Ginebra San Miguel will face again Meralco Bolts for the second consecutive Governor's Cup Finals.

Ginebra now looking forward with a Back-to-Back championship after an 8 year drought in the finals, but Meralco Bolts is now also ready for their sweet revenge as Bolts' star player Jared Dillinger promised to give his 100% efforts to grab the Championship title,

“I’ve been praying for this for a whole year hoping that we get the opportunity to not only make it into the finals but to play against Ginebra again,”

Dillinger wasn't able to play with the Bolts in the 2016 Finals because of his injury. “They are the defending champions. It’s good that we’re all healthy now, it’s gonna increase our chances to win the chip. But like I said, they are the better team because they won last year. Right now they’re the best, so we want what they want,” he added.
