Tips on How To Have A Good Sleep

1. Go to Pitch Black Room - As much as possible make your bedroom as comfortable room, total darkness on you room can increase the Melatonin  level.

~Avoid also Gadgets and Television before going to sleep.

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland in the brain. It helps regulate other hormones and maintains the body's circadian rhythm. The circadian rhythm is an internal 24-hour "clock" that plays a critical role in when we fall asleep and when we wake up. When it is dark, your body produces more melatonin. 2. Get A Good Rhythm Of Sleep - Meaning, you must have a schedule of what time you are going to sleep. Try to go to sleep at the same time or hour of the day. e.g.  between 10:00PM - 12 midnight.

3. Try To Wind-down Before You Sleep. 1 - 2 hours before your sleeping time try to let go and release all your thoughts about work or anything else. Or my personal advice is take time to pray and give thanks to the one who gives you all the strengths you have for the day, and just be thankful for the accomplishments for the whole day.
